SEDIMENT FILTER 10” X 2.5” POLYSPUN – 1 MICRON

This filter is used for removing sediment such as dirt, sand, scale and rust from water and old pipe work. It is commonly used as a pre-filter in twin filter systems. It provides excellent filtration of sediment due to its’ dual gradient technology. Large sediment is filtered in the outer layer and smaller sediment is filtered in the inner layer to ensure filtration efficiency. This multi-layer structure helps prevent the release of particles that may foul critical downstream components. Made from 100% polypropylene.

This is a standard size cartridge that will fit into a standard 10” housing.

This filter is tested and certified by NSF International against NSF/ANSI Standard 42 for material requirement only.

OMNIPURE OMB934 CARBON BLOCK CARTRIDGE CYST REDUCTION 0.5 MICRON

The Omnipure OMB934 filter cartridge is a very high quality product that is capable of 95% chlorine removal for over 60,000 litres. It is also rated for removal of giardia and cryptosporidium cysts. The filter is made from coconut carbon which gives the water a sweeter taste.

Made in the USA

This filter cartridge fits a standard 10” housing.

The OMB-Series of replacement cartridges from Omnipure feature the new OmnipureBlock™ media. This high quality carbon block media is manufactured from raw materials to precise specifications entirely at the Omnipure manufacturing facility. Elements are finished with a single layer of spun-bonded polypropylene netting. Polypropylene end caps with compression gaskets are standard.

The Omnipure Filter Company developed the world’s first disposable inline water filter in 1969 and brought a production model to market in 1970. This filter was designed specifically to reduce compounds that detracted from the aesthetics of drinking water, namely colour, odour and taste. As the market has developed, their products have found their way into many more applications including commercial beverage equipment, under-the-sink and on the counter residential units and drinking fountains. They are also widely used as components in commercial and residential purification systems such as reverse osmosis units. Today, you will find Omnipure filters utilised in virtually any situation where better tasting water is important.
